Hi All!
I hope you're all getting as excited about the party and all of the other London adventures as I am! I won't make this intro too long because I have a lot of updates for you. Please be sure to read the updates below and let me know if you have any questions.
NEW PARTY VENUE
Yup, you read that correctly. Due to renovations at the Balham Bowls Club, I've had to move the party to The Wheatsheaf in Tooting Bec. But not to worry, it's just the next stop down from Balham and right outside the Tube station. So it's a very easy location to get to!
Take the survey, PLEASE!!
Deadline: February 2nd
I need to finalize many of the bookings by mid-February, so if you plan to attend any of the surrounding events (aside from the party itself), please take a few minutes to fill out the survey before February 2nd. After that date, I won't be able to make adjustments to the numbers.
FYI, if you've already filled out the most recent survey (the one sent in December), you're all set! No need to fill out another one. Thank you! I'll be in touch with you toward the end of February to share the finalized details and costs of each activity you signed up for.
If you filled one out before and noted that you're still deciding on something, I'll send you a message individually before the 2nd. But otherwise, you don't need to do anything else at this time.
And just a note, I have more flexibility with the party numbers, so if that’s the only thing you’re attending, then there’s less of a rush. But if you want to join for anything else, February 2nd is the cutoff.
UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA)
If you're traveling from outside the UK (U.S. and Australia included), you'll need an ETA. This is a quick process and will cost £10 (about $12.50 USD) to apply. I've included a page on the website with more details and instructions. There are also step-by-step instructions (thanks to my sister) and links to both the Apple Store and Google Play where you can download the app you will need.
Planning to stay at The Windmill?
If you're planning to stay at The Windmill in Clapham but haven't booked yet, I'd suggest booking soon as the rooms seemed to be filling up the last time I checked. Here are my recommendations for accommodation.
Schedule of events
Several people have asked about how to coordinate other sightseeing plans with the scheduled party events. To help provide more of a visual of the timing, I've created a VERY basic "calendar" to show optimal times to see other sights based around the events that have already been planned. You'll find it at the top of the Schedule of Events page.

I've had a few questions over the past month so I've added them to the FAQs. Be sure to check them out! And let me know if you have other questions so I can add them for the future.
WhatsApp Group
If you haven't already, don't forget to join the WhatsApp group. I’ll use the group to post periodic updates in the chat and keep everyone up to date, especially as the party gets closer. Living London History Tour is FULL!
We've had a lot of interest in the Living London History tour. So much so that it is now full! However, if you'd like to join the waitlist in case of an opening, please choose that option on the survey.
